I think we are happier than Rudolf this Christmas! My sister Elka and I, have been working extra hard this year and have both exceeded our toy quota, so Santa has given us a special mission that we just can't wait to start. We have been given our first reporting assignment as a special reward for all the toy making efforts we have put in this year. We are slightly younger than most Reporting Elves, since we only just celebrated our 113th birthday last September (yes - we are twins!), but Santa thinks we are both able to do the job.
We hop on a plane on November 30, with our bags all packed for some adventures with some children in Australia! We don't know much about them yet, but their names are Austin and Madelyn. Santa said that it is a good idea to keep a record of our trip, so we thought a blog might be a great place to do it. This way we can share our adventures with our parents and friends here in the North Pole, and Austin and Madelyn can enjoy re-living them as well, after we fly home with Santa on Christmas Eve .
Oooh I am so excited, and hope that the time goes very quickly between now and then, but right now, Elka and I have some candy canes to paint stripes on, so until next time,
